How to create valuable content:
1. Listen first if you want to be heard
2. Be clear on your goal: know where you’re heading
3. Focus on a niche: be crystal clear who you serve
4. Put your audience’s needs first: their questions = your content
5. Be generous: share your expertise, set your ideas free
6. Tell good stories: real human intimate ones connect best
7. Help, don’t sell: the more you help, the less you sell, the more you end up selling
8. Commit to quality: in look, feel and tone
9. Write for one person: forget everyone, write for someone
