About me

I'm Sonja, a strategist, writer and long-time champion of the Valuable Content approach.

I help people find the right way to express what they do and why it’s important, to drive results. I work with individuals, teams and organisations on projects where the message, the content, and connection really matter. Listening to your audience is at the heart of my approach – the best way to get clarity on your value.

Based in Bristol, I work across the UK and beyond. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me swimming in cold water somewhere (even in winter). Look out, I sometimes encourage clients to join me too!
